Joan Bennett

(1910-1990)

Although Joan came from a theatrical family her acting career came about as a necessity, not by choice.  She was a single mother at 16 and needed income.

Joan starred in many movies (one with co-star Ronald Colman in Bulldog Drummond) and most, if not all, episodes of the TV series 'Dark Shadows'.
